What setting is it set in the bios ? it always overvolts that's normal, but I have the same reading in everest as in Asus probe... if I set 1.5 for SB it goes from 1.5-1.6 same for CPU VTT if I set this at 1.45 it values change from 1.45-1.6 all the time... NB and 1.2 HT stay pretty constant...
Try eg Everest Home and refresh a few times see if that gives also erratic readings... for ya heatsink make sure there's some good airflow in the case and even better directly onto the NB at least...
