Since the end of last week I havent been able to reach webair.com (a host where I have my private server) or any sites in the webair network on my work computer not by ftp or http. I can however reach the sites on my other computers in my home.

I have no idea what is blocking access to the network locally on my computer and I ran 4 different antispyware/adware applications as well as antivirus, registry repair and tcp optimizer with various settings. I tried restarting the modem, different cords and switching stuff around. Nothing worked and my ISP or Webair have no clue either.

Traceroute against webair.com:

Security applications that are always on in my system is NOD32, sygate personal firewall and Webroot spysweeper. I checked all of these and they do not seem to be the problem.

Do you have any idea what might be wrong? I appreciate any help I can get, this problem cause me to not be able to work (I work full time as a webmaster with my own sites.)

Is telenor your ISP? Because it looks like that's where the packet is getting dropped.

Yeah, my ISP is bredbandsbolaget which is owned by Telenor. But how can I access the sites from my other computers connected to the same modem?

Sorry, I missed that part. Does the traceroute run successfully on the computers that can reach the site? Also, are the computers that can reach the site on the same switch, router, and subnet as the computer that cannot access?

Traceroute on the computers that can reach the network is exactly the same as on the computer that cannot and I am not using a router at all, just a standard network cable into the ADSL modem from each computer.

Anyone else got an input on my situation? Not being able to update my blogs or do any work at all really is breaking my cohones.

You will probably need to contact your ISP about the issue, I can't think of much that any one here can do to help.

Thanks for the reply. I just connected my router to see what would happen and when its connected I can access the sites and the network, how odd. So something changes when I disconnect the router, some router settings stay in the computer or something. Any techs that know whats going on?
