1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Gaming. Currently play CS:GO and Overwatch. Not to demanding but want the capability to play more demanding games at a good quality. System also hosts a Plex Media Server.
2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?

The only thing I would really recommend changing is the SSD: I recommend getting the Samsung 850 Evo 512GB instead.
 
Thanks. Is the Videocard I linked a good choice for a 970? I've always had good luck with EVGA.
 
Seems like great upgrade choices. I know you don't want to overclock, but you should reconsider it, you could bump that 2500k a bit higher and enjoy more fluid gameplay.
