CPU or mobo finally bit it. The system is too old for replacements now.

I am upgrading from:

Abit NF7-S v2
Althon XP-m 2400+
Generic 200Mhz DDR (blew up the old performance ram)
6800GS (AGP)

Will be keeping:
Corsair HX520 PSU (recent upgrade - fans died on old one. Picked this one in hopes it could support my next system upgrade)
320GB Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 (Recent upgrade - filled up the old one)
Case/fans
Peripherals

Budget ~$700
Considering:
G0 Q6600 or E6750
Crucial Ballistix DDR2 800
Abit IP35-E
Thermalright Ultima120 + 120mm fan or I have an old custom watercooling setup that I could use.
8800GT vid card (if I can find one)

I think I got everything. Oh yeah I wish to overclock.
Suggestions?
