In light of Diablo 3 I've decided to upgrade some of the major components of my system, to include: GPU - CPU (with cooler) - Memory - Motherboard. I'm trying to do this at ~$600-$700.
Here are some of the components I've been looking at just very briefly:
GPU
CPU+Heatsink
Memory

My current rig is as follows:
I've also been toying around with the Diablo 3 Beta, and it seems to me that the game is more graphic intensive than anything, hence why I've opted to spend more on the GPU than everything else. However, for those curious, and perhaps this will help you get a better opinion of what I should be looking at, here's the recommended system requirements for Diablo 3 by Blizzard:
