Hi, my PNY G4 Ti4400 AGP has finally died after 4 years, its been a damn good card and now I need a new card. I have a budget of about 210 bucks give or take.
What would be the best bang for the buck card?
Im really lost, I havent had to shop for a new card in years.
Can anyone recommend a card? It has to be AGP
thx for the help

That range usually people say x800gto that goes for about 180... Im not sure if they make AGP versions though :(
At $210> im not sure BUT I know
At $150> most say 6600GT or 6800 vanilla to unlock those extra pipelines in the AGP version. So increased budget should let you go one step up in class.

I've got a 9800XT 256 for sale for $110 that's AGP.
Not sure if you're looking to go higher than that.

im looking at the xfx 6600gt 256mb and a vanilla 6800 between the 2 cards which one is better?

what are the prices? The 6800 is slightly better, but if the price difference is big it won't be worth it.
