I usually do my own research when it comes to my of hardware. Except this go around I don't have much time to do the research on my own so...that's why I'm here. Ok, pc is

I buy all my stuff used and I built this of about 2-3 years ago. My question is, should I buy a new gpu and ram and be okay to play bf4? Mobo only runs a single powerful card well. Should I boost up ram to 12gb? Please recommended card and or build direction. Thanks

Budget?

I'm not an expert compared to most folks here, but the first thing that crosses my mind is get 8GB of RAM and a better video card (7870?).
