It cannot leak. I use 3/8" ID over 1/2" barbs. My last few builds have been with TJ07's and I won't use anything else in the foreseeable future unless I make it myself.

Now an update. The leak testing is finished and of course no leaks. I should be up and running tomorrow afternoon. I have a few cables to sleeve and thats it!

OK, it's almost done. I did not like the blue sleeving so I decided to go back to the Ultra wire for the time being. The good news is that I am back up and running. The Feser 120.4 has blown me away. I am currently running @ 4.3 with idle temps of 38C. Yes, they could be lower but it suits my needs.
