why is there only one fan on the rad? or are there some on the back.
The fan is there for pic purposes only. There will be four but I still have to sleeve them.

They're just rubber grommets.
And the reservoir is made by EK. I believe it's the EK250.
Give that man a cigar! The grommets I used are from Germany and they are great. I picked up some at Lowes and HD but they are not as good.
Yes, that is the EK 250 Res with the anti-cyclon feature and I also added a second Res bottom.

Hopefully I can fire this system up tomorrow. I have a Feser 120.4 in the bottom, and I powered up the fans today, I have never felt so much airflow through a Rad.
I got them from Murder Mod. They are not the grommets you find here in the states. You have to see them to understand. It's the little things that make a huge difference.

I too have a large collection of BP fittings, it's like eating peanuts!
Nils is having trouble keeping up with the orders for the sleeving. But it is worth the wait and it was a good idea to get two. That is what I did and you will need them both!
And this pic is just part of the cables I sleeved.
Mini update. I installed both sideplates, Blu-Ray, Aquaero and the HDD's. The HHD cage has a 120 Scythe on top of the cage. I have all the fans connected to the Aquaero along with a water temp probe, HDD temp probe and case temp probe. I will say this; the Scythes at full power really force the air through the Feser. Sorry for the crappy pics!

I hate clamps of any type. I prefer a clean look, at least my definition of clean. I use 1/2" BP barbs with 3/8" ID tubing. It is a PITA to get on but it does not leak. Yes, I do trust the setup. I use a D5 pump on the highest setting and all of my systems run 24/7.

i think the cables look a horrible mess all seperated like that, but your loop looks nice good job.
Thanks. Sleeving is a personal choice and keep in mind you haven't seen the finished product. I cannot stand all those colored wires exposed.
Why not just dye them all black & then sleeve normally?

thats why i use split tubing and heatshrink
It's always individual taste. I like individually sleeved wires, just my preference.

You know me, the scotch is flowing! It has been a very long week.
Thinking of getting an EK block for my 260 55nm (almost every other block is 65nm only). What is that right side of the block, the black area, made of? It looks like some sort of plastic, but I'm guessing it jst be anodised aluminium if it's going to do any good as a heatsink.
