Hey I am looking to squeeze a radiator and perhaps fan into about 15mm of width (75x75x15), I am wanting to keep every the fan and radiator inside that. Failing that perhaps I could attach a fan to the out side as well.
 
Fan and radiator inside of 15mm? The slimmest fans are about 12mm thick alone, and you are not going to get a radiator that is 3mm thick. A radiator that is 15mm thick is more likely, but the thinnest I've seen are the Black Ice GTS radiators, and those are ~30mm thick.

Exactly what are you trying to cool that you think can be accomplished with a less than 75mm fan radiator? I've seen radiators designed for 80mm fans (obviously, their dimensions are larger than 75x75), but nothing smaller.
 
The smallest widely availible radiators are 80mm models. You stick the radiator to the outside of whatever it is, and have the fan on the inside. But, a good sub 80mm fans thinner than 10mm (most are 25mm)...is kind of difficult. There's the Mini Kaze, is 40x40x10, but thats only 40mm, a bit more than a quarter of the area. On this kind of scale, even if you can get the parts to fit the space wouldn't cool a great deal of stuff.

Need some photos or some more information or something. :D

Edit: Jtag everflow 70x70x10mm would fit.
 
Okay, well I don't want to spill too much but I have about 115 x 75 x 18 (external) thing sticking out of what I am plaining on using for a case. I was hopping to put it to work and use the space, first thing to come to mind was water cool the CPU as space is extremely tight and airflow is not super (side ways is pretty good). I am not likely to be pushing the system however it would still like to encourage airflow.

I will ask a few questions in a few mins I must go my people need me!
 
Okay so the space is 115 x 75 x18 mm external (it is about 15mm internal so like 70 and 110).

So I am thinking something like this...

Any advice on how to get optimal airflow.
