We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.

Keyboard keys not typing symbol on the key. On my wife's laptop, the key that types lower case ' and upper case " is instead typing LC è and UC È. The key that should type LC / and UC ? is typing LC é and UC É. These are the only keys that seem to have been "translated". This is a new one for me and I don't have any idea how to fix it so the keys are typing what is on them. Any insight that anyone can provide will be greatly appreciated.

The only thing I can think of is maybe the input setting has changed from Standard US keyboard to something else in your windows settings. Sorry it took a week to reply to this - hope you found a solution to the problem.

Thanks Maro. We had some help from elsewhere and were able to figure that out. Took a while, but we got it working.
