I believe you have to have 100 sales to sell the new consoles. That's probably why.

Yeah :) got a little overzealous. But I would like to point out...there is no Buyer Protection from PayPal on payments sent as a gift. Which makes scamming people easier. I've sent many payments to online sellers I trust as gifts, but be careful!
 
Waste of time and losing money.

Instead of listing in the Video Game Console category, just list your consoles under Video Games. No restrictions. You're also limited to only selling one console, but if you sell in Video Games category, there is no limits. That's how I sold all my preorders :)

The seller is sending the extra money to the buyer, not the other way around. If anything, he would get screwed out of a dollar.....

All gone. Thanks. Btw I don't have any new consoles, I was doing this to meet minimum TRS requirements.
I had all of them except minimum amount of sales in the last 12 months.
On another note, FedEx are scumbags.
