should my true get warm when running prime95 for a while?

my temps aren't in a dangerous area, but being a member on here im not satisfied lol.

im loading @ 56-54-47-49 running prime95 for an hour but my TRUE doesnt even feel warm :S

i have reseated it 3 times and the TIM seems to spread out to show i have a good contact patch(thin line method)

also, whats the best setup for intake/exhaust on the cosmos, because when i open the front door on it my temps drop 3c which tells me crap airflow but its setup as it should be

that temp is on the cores them self, then gets spread out over the heat spreader, then the tim then the massive heatsink surface area,

youd have to be passiv with like no flow around that heatsink to make it warm up

Yeah, my true isn't "warm" either and I'm running around the same temps as you are. I think your fine. If you weren't getting good contact you'd know it because your temps would be horrid. touch the base and you may find it is hotter. Your graphics card (assuming it's stock cooling) is probably running 20-30C hotter which is why it is HOT to the touch and your TRU isn't.

thanks guys for clearing that up, wished i had a G0 chip still. but my system has been stable for months now and summer is over so the temps will probably drop soon.

now i gotta find something else to do to my rig lol

Yeah, the TRUE's fins generally don't get hot or even warm. Touch the base or the heatpipes and it's a different story. As long as your temps are good, then it's nothing I'd worry about.

Mine doesnt get warm either and its cooling my q6600 @3.6ghz with load temps of 67-67-62-62 in prime95, black edition with 2 fans in push pull.
