Just built a new computer running an Core i5 and I'm using just the integrated graphics right now. I took a bit of a gamble on the PSU and bought the Rosewill Capstone 450m based on good reviews from Newegg. Looks like that might have been a mistake. Here's what's happening:
* I power on computer, it books for a couple seconds and then turns off.
* It comes back on in a few more seconds, BIOS screen starts, then screen artifacting occurs. Eventually, it turns off.
* This cycle repeats. Screen artifacting every time. Picture of this: https://db.tt/Us0IJNIF
Is anyone aware of PSU issues causing display issues? I'm not familiar with this, but the constant rebooting, even before it hits Windows, leads me to believe this is a PSU issue.
I checked CPU temps and they were in the 30 c range. Hard drive is a new Samsung SSD. Mono is an ASRock H77M.
Thanks!
