Server status says OK. CPU load is 1.2. Net load is 28.
 
Tried restarting the computer ? This sometime solve the issue when the TCP/IP stack got corrumpt somehow as it happened to me 2-3 times.
 
My friend is still having that same issue in the OP.

He can fold advmethods just fine. He has another PC in his office that's getting bigadv just fine. However this particular PC keeps trying to get work for the server at 171.67.108.22 and it never does.
 
No help from me then. I had a similar issue with a Linux box but that is totally unrelated.
