I purchased Wesley's Xbox 360 way back on 7/31/2007. He claimed the Xbox 360 was in excellent condition before I bought it. Turns out the Xbox 360 had EXTREME scratches everywhere mainly on the back of the console. The scratches were obviously not normal wear and tear. In addition the console had small cracks around the console. On top of that the seller forgot to send the Hardrive that was suppose to be included.I told the seller I was not happy with the purchase. He said he will be willing to provide me a full $180 refund. I returned the Xbox 360 console on August 13,2007. As of December 13, 2007 I only received a partial refund from him. He only refunded me $86.79. Wesley still owes me $93.21.I've pleaded with this guy to send me complete refund but all get for him is nothing. He keeps saying: "I will send more money in a couple days" ....."Sorry I cant pay you, I dont get paid till next week" and more excuses why he cant pay me.

Wesely also claimed he sent me a money order way back in early November. The money order was supposedly valued at $100. But that money order never came the mail..... I dont believe him at all. He never provided a copy of the money order reciept.

Waiting 4 months to receive a complete refund is totally unacceptable!
 
Doesn't seem like pictures were provided. Like new could mean anything and something which I would be wary off if someone was opening up their box and whatnot.

You returned the item even after he forgot the HD which is the sign of a really bad seller? He forgot to put the HD in the package even though that is pretty much all he was selling along with the outer shell.

Did you pay paypal?

Sucks if he screwed you and is about to screw someone else too.

Second, what do you mean by Shock_Therapy/Diverse_Entertainment/scarecrow2007? Where are those other aliases from?

why did it take you so long to do anything? I think that in terms of PP your options are very limited.
I think that he may have been making an honest attempt to refund you but it is way to much time. He needs to get this cleared up in my book

Well I wouldnt go that far in saying someone is a bad seller for forgetting something in a package. I ve done that a few times we are all human here lol. Its about how you respond to fix the problem that would make or break the deal
 
Yes I am going to issue you a refund in full. I just havent had the money. I only get paid once a month sometimes or if I get a bonus sometimes twice. but mostly once. so my money is all at one time per month all most always. I do plan on paying the money back but if I dont have it I just dont have it. I will have him another payment around the 21st as this month due to the fact I have get paid on that Friday. I am not a scammer.

Didnt you resell the 360 to someone else? Looks to me like you either resold the one in question or sold a different one and gave him $40 of what you made when you should have paid him off.

Yes I sold a different one to someone else on another forum. they didnt puschase it here. I gave him $40.00 which was all the profit I had off of it. I sold it to pay off some bills. The whole reason behind all this is my job cut my pay from $9.50 to $8.50 per hour leaving me losing around (roughly) $320.00 dollar short per month. So I sold that one to pay my car note and some on my rent. So not having the money I have been struggling. I do want to make this right though. And will. I am just having a hard time at the moment. I do apologize to him and if I can get some money tommorrow from a friend who owes me the moey (in my town not from someone online) I will send him a money order. Also I will scan it and email it to you so he knows its coming. (nothing promised but I will do my best to send him $40.00 via money order tommorrow) If my friend comes through.

I've been noticing you've been selling many items on several message boards under different aliases. According to your posts you just sold a xbox 360 for $250.00. Clearly you have or had the money to send me a complete refund. You need to set your priorities right. You know I have been super patient with you and very lenient. But my patience with you has ran out... Put yourself in my shoes. Do you think its right for a person to wait 4 months to get a complete refund? I've got bills and expenses to pay just like you and everybody else. This is just totally unacceptable sales practice.
 
The excuses is not acceptable. If you have resold the xbox to someone else, you have the money to refund the OP. Your financial situation doesn't matter here since if you are really that desperate, you have other things to sell like your computer ;)

I have personally had 60+ flawless transactions and there are people with 3 times that amount that can tell the same story.

I have never "forgotten" to include something in a sale. I hate to generalize/stereotype but someone making $8.50 an hour claiming to have rent and a car payment needs to get their shit straightened out and get out of the FS/FT forum.

Ask a few questions via PM if you're skeptical about a new seller. It shouldn't take too long to realize they're a deadbeat who can't come up with $200 at the drop of a hat much less after 4 months.

Pathetic.

There was one instituted, but those settings were lost during the forum issues a while back.

I think that setting should be re-activated IMHO.

Hey OP, why haven't you left the appropriate (negative) HEAT for this guy yet? If you were waiting for him to finally refund you ... well it may be time to let the rest of the world know about him. He currently has 10 pos and 1 neg Heat, that one came from aznknife and get this ... it had to do with an Xbox 360!

I understand that evals get held hostage to refunds ... but this is ridiculous. Post that Heat!

OP, I can understand that you are holding off posting HEAT until you get your refund ... that's called holding your feedback hostage to something that may never happen. You are probably thinking that if you leave the appropriate HEAT that the troll (seller) will have no motivation to repay you ... and you may be right. The question is: How long are you going to let him treating you like this? I know that if he had treated me this way I would have posted a negative after his first lie. I appears that he has lied to you MANY times ... and still no HEAT?

Off the topic but... I work 84 hours a week so its not that crazy. But I make over 2.5k a week... lol I wouldnt work over 12 hours for 300$ rofl...

If he really has a job like that I feel bad for him.
