You could buy and sell it on the dark web to individuals, or maybe someone has a more advanced trading platform set up. I believe there are now laws in many jurisdictions requiring them to collect that info, so I doubt there are many on the "open" web.

You can use a VPN from a country that doesn't require KYC

You're asking for non-KYC (know your customer) exchange / methods

https://localmonero.co/?language=en
Binance (non-US site with a VPN)
https://tradeogre.com/

Are some examples

Also, keep in mind that just because you can exchange your crypto for cash without paying taxes doesn't mean you're still free and in the clear. If you buy a million dollar house in cash and don't earn enough on paper to justify it there still might be questions.

I always wonder why it's anyone's business. Let's say I save money every month for decades and buy in cash. No way to prove it really besides a mattress full of cash, you know?

Oh well, for another topic

The problem is my personal info and stuff. For example if I have pic of samone id I can take a loot loans on that guy without he knowing it.and data steal and selling is quite big those days. And another problem is that sending those stuff is quite not legal cuzz of security reasons.

If it's done correctly, it's legal. I agree that it's a security risk these days, I get notices of data leaks from "hacks" more often than I care to admit.

The stated reason: Fight terrorism after September 11th (because our CIA, NSA, FBI, et al. did such a good job defending us with their trillion dollar budgets despite knowing who the terrorists were in advance and being warned about it)

The actual reason: societal control

No one in power cares about your identity being stolen.

use DAX like pancake / uniswap if you want to pay fee's or as others noted use non KYC sites like KuCoin, but those often will limit your transactions to a smaller amount until you KYC, which may be fine for most.

You can use https://changelly.com/, all you need is an Email Address. Direct trade from your coin to the coin you want to your wallet. No coins are held on the exchange. Their Changelly Pro version, https://pro.changelly.com/ is a more traditional exchange where you send coins to a wallet on the exchange, trade and then withdrawal them, still only email is required. Larger trades and transfers requires more than just an email account. So far they have been rather good and convenient.

As for paying taxes, I recommend you do. You can keep rather good privacy with Changelly if you want but I would not abuse that either.

Changelly are based out of Malta so no tax treaties with the U.S so should be good there. The issue will come when you want to move that Crytp to Fiat....thats where you may get tagged if it is enough.

About the best I see one can do besides face to face exchanging a privacy coin which would be virtually untraceable is to trade it for the real McCoy, as in Gold or Silver or other precious metals/coins. Money Metals accept Crypto, even Monero and so they say have a strict privacy policy. As in all ship to address online orders there will be a paper trail. Companies can be force to disclose information etc.

Transact with Money Metals Using Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, Monero, USD Coin, and Dash!
Our clients have long been able to make payment for precious metals using Bitcoin at MoneyMetals.com, as noted above. But that is just the start. We are now proud to accept and send payments for metals in Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, Monero, USD Coin, and Dash as well.

Clients may enter into precious metals transactions with us -- either online or over the phone -- and choose Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, Monero, USD Coin, or Dash as the method of payment. (We may also engage in transactions with other coins and tokens if liquidity is sufficient, please just ask.)

People who wish to make purchases larger than our online maximum (meaning in excess of $100,000) can also call for help with that. We can generally offer lower premiums on the metals and the process is easy.

Aside from our ability to accept payment in other cryptocurrencies besides Bitcoin, what further sets Money Metals Exchange apart from other merchants in our space is our ability to make payments TO clients using a variety of cryptocurrencies. We can purchase your metals and send you the digital coin of your choice as payment. This transaction can be done directly on our MoneyMetals.com website or over the phone.
