You'll find that most cases require tools--almost every single one will require a screwdriver to secure the motherboard to the tray or case. I've only seen one case--an OEM Dell uATX from '99 or so--that didn't require any tools, even for the motherboard.
i hate using metal screws to hold a hard drive in place, something about putting metal into those holes makes the hard drive fail sooner.. i'm prob not correct at all.. but i really like cases that avoid metal with hard drives.
anyway, i cant seem to find a case that uses dell's concept for the hard drives at least.
That's precisely the case I was referring to in my post, too! Sadly, Dell (and everyone else) have gone back to the regular screws-required cases now.
