Tiny Fans?

Probably... but they're just very useless in computers because of moving barely any air and even that with insanely high RPM.

For slim reasonably sized fan Scythe has Kaze Jyu Slim which is 12mm thick.

Sunon has the smallest I know of, I have a 20mm fan from a pico projector that was broken and ripped it out.

not to mention, insanely loud. only purpose for em is in rack mount servers imo

Your best bet is to use a blower type fan instead. Blower fans are the same type you find on high end graphics cards and PCI slot coolers. You can get them really thin... approx 10mm. Blower fans put out plenty of air and pressure, but you will still have to accommodate the length and width.
Here's a 60mm x 15mm blower fan as an example:

As you get below 40mm traditional style fans, the rpms and noise increase exponentially (to the point of deafening) and you lose airflow and air pressure. The airflow they put out is almost useless.

Bestbyte.net has a 25mm fan that puts out a whopping 1.46cfm @21dB. Relatively quiet, but still not really moving much air.

Good store, btw. I've used them numerous times. :D
