Time for an upgrade!

So I added a hard drive to my makeshift HTPC and it turns out the PSU doesn't have enough power, no real surprise since it sucks. So rather than just upgrade the PSU I figure I might as well build a decent media center. Here's what I'm thinkin':

Case: Sunbeam Acrylic HTPC (because it's cheap and has 8 drive spaces, not because I like it lol)
PSU: Corsair 750TX
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 4050E
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-MA78G-DS3H
Memory: 2xCrucial Rendition 1GB 1X1GB PC2-5300
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce 7200 GS 256MB
TV Tuner: Hauppauge WinTV HVR-1600
Hard Drives: 5x500 GB SATA, 1x250GB SATA, 2x1TB SATA
DVD Drive: IDE left over.

I know I could go better on the video card but I've already got it and I'm only using the HTPC for standard def / XviD movies and TV shows at the moment... I need the s-video out. The tuner I've already got and am satisfied. The drives will be 2x500GB = Movies 1 and 2, 1x1TB = Movies 3, 2x500GB = TV Shows 1 and 2, 1x1TB = TV Shows 3, 1x500GB = Music, 1x250GB = OS/Recorded TV/Other stuff which is how I want it... I know I could get more space and less drives but that's more than I'll need and the cheapest solution.

One concern... more SATA ports, can anyone recommend a card for adding 2 or 4 SATA ports? I don't need any fancy RAID business, just want them to show up separate as stated earlier.

How much is that Crucial Rendition RAM? Or is that leftover from your old HTPC? Just an FYI, you can get DDR2 800 RAM for not much more in price:

Thanks for the suggestions... looks like I'll go with that SATA card.

The thing about those prices is they're US, I live in Canada so everything is a bit more expensive. The good news is memory is usually on sale every week so I'll keep my eyes out for some G.Skill. NCIX has the 750TX on sale for $110 CAD so that's not too bad.
