I'm on a tight budget, and from what I can tell this should be sufficient. I will still need to buy a new OS (Windows), but that I can keep separate for now. It's the hardware I'm worried about. I'm not really concerned over the Intel/AMD thing, as I've used both and been happy with both. I don't need to overclock, though in the future I may dabble a little.
