1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? Everything.
2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included? I want it about the price that I have now, ~700.
3) Where do you live? NJ
4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. Everything except for a video card and maybe a DVD burner and HDD. I'm looking into going for a green HDD.
5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model. My 8800GTS 320MB and if anything, the DVD Burner and maybe the two SATA HDDs that I currently have.
6) Will you be overclocking? Yes
7) What size monitor do you have and/or plan to have? 24in Dell 2407.
8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC? Now or I may wait till the holidays to see if prices will go down.
9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? etc. Nothing special.
10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? Yes.

Here's what I have chosen, and I would like your opinion on it. I'm buying from ZZF since I get tax and high shipping from NewEgg.

CPU: Intel i5 Lynnfield 2.66Ghz (http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=10011084)
Motherboard: MSI P55-GD80 (http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=10011081)
PSU: PC Power and Cooling SILENCER 750W QUAD (http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=10006382) or PC Power and Cooling Silencer 610 EPS12V S61EPS (http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=10005612)
RAM: Patriot PDC34G1333ELK (http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=10008532)
Case: Thermaltake Element S (http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=10010180)
Heatsink: Zalman CNPS9900 (http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=10010387)

It comes out to ~700. I am reusing the graphics card that I have currently which is an 8800GTS 320MB. I don't have the cash to replace that currently so it'll stay until I can buy something new or possibly the new ATi 5000 series. But how does this look for now?

The parts themselves are good but for the money and for your needs, they're not that good.

You haven't mentioned anything that would justify spending $200 on a motherboard. From the little you've told use, the Gigabyte GA-P55-UD3R will be more than enough for your needs. It'll also free up $68 as well:

PSU wise, Either of those PC P&C PSUs are good choices. However the Silencer 610 is currently OOS. If you want to save some cash, the $84 Antec EA650 650W PSU is a good choice:

HSF wise, the Zalman is incompatible with LGA1156 AFAIK. And I'm fairly sure that there are better HSF for the money for the LGA 1156 socket than the Zalman.

The case is a good choice.

Thanks for your input. The reason I chose that motherboard is because it got excellent reviews and I want to make this as future proof as possible. If the PCC comes in stock when I decide to buy is that a better choice over the Antec PSU?

Future proof? LOL! No matter how much money you spend, no system will be "future proof".

The PC P&C Silencer 610 is a better choice than the Antec EA650 since the Silencer has 49A on the +12V rail compared to the EA650's 45A on the +12V rail.
