This virus is troubling me a lot :(

This virus is troubling me since last night, Everytime I heal it (by checking "remove it as a power user"), it flashes again and agian. Can someone tell me how can get rid of this permanemently ??

Use either Dr Web CureIT or use the Avira Linux LiveCD to get rid of it.

Oh yeah, ditch AVG as well.

First, use something better than AVG. Try either MalwareBytes or MSE, both can be ran and updated under Safe Mode. If that doesn't work, then pull the drive and connect it to another system and scan it again, that usually takes care of the issue.

Microsoft scanner (from MS) and then running Spybot killed it for me.

MalwareBytes & Super AntiSpyware have a good track record of removing Koobface. Ditch AVG though, MSE is way better..
