Its a sony vaio had vista on drive but it crashed so I got a new drive installed XP on it in my desktop and works and boots fine. Put it in sony and i get disk read error but the HDD is showing up in bios. So i put XP cd in try and repair and it says it cant find a HDD. Lastly got bored and took out my HDD from my Compaq put it in sony and it booted right up no problems lol i am at a loss
 
Not familiar with that one what does that mean. I tried installing windows with hdd in laptop but it says there is no hdd
