How is this g skill ram?

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231334

i was going to spend my tax money on something like this anyways, but this set of 2200 is looking very appealing. the only downside is i don't think the fan that comes with it will fit in my case due to the vid card. a couple of questions:
1. how much can i expect my system heat up with this ram?
2. i know it will be a lot faster, but how does this ram hold up when over-clocking a system?
3. would it be better to go the cheaper round and get 8 gigs of 1600? or would the speed be worth the price?
4. ORRRR would my better option be to get an 80 gig SSD and 4 gigs of 1600? only downside to the SSD is id have to reinstall everything...

Regardless of how much/what speed RAM you install it's not gonna make as much improvement in speed as an SSD. ;)

Get a SSD, you are not going to see much overall gain from buying the ram in Gaming.

you can't always duplicate your OS if you partitioned your HDD but if you didnt theres the downside.

go with 4gb's its all you need if your in the 775 era if your in the i7 era then triple channel if you got money budget stick again to the 4gb's
