Definitely in my top 3 of all time games. An absolute bargain at $12.50. That is just pennies per hour for solid entertainment. Where else can you get that kind of value?

$12.50 for 200 hours of content is a steal.
Just remember ray tracing and Hairworks together will be constant crashing. Just pick one.I felt the same. So I finally bought it and loaded it up tonight. Looking forward to experiencing this after hearing all the hype for years
Not on my PC. I just decide to not use Hairworks because it doesn't look good in this game.Just remember ray tracing and Hairworks together will be constant crashing. Just pick one.

Still the best game I’ve ever played.I bought it at launch for $36 on GOG, and later got the bundle with the expansions on Steam, but I have yet to ever play!
Agreed. GT, you are missing out.Still the best game I’ve ever played.
Fire it up. Take it slow. Explore, Enjoy!

Damn I wish I had the opportunity to play this for the first time
You’re a lucky man to have somehow avoided this gem until now!
Ok I get it!Agreed. GT, you are missing out.
Since there are like 36 ending possibilities/variations that are based on your decisions during your gameplay, it isn’t so easy to get a spoiler.Soon (tm).
I've avoided spoilers somehow, too.

Make sure you get the two expansions. They are both fantastic as well. You can play them separately but at least Hearts of Stone integrates into the main play through quite well. Blood and Wine can be more of a standalone separate story and entire area — IMO, but both are excellent and worth including in your play through.
IIRC the game recommends level 30'ish to start it anyway with the level of the content in the expansion.Blood And Wine is more like a separate game but it has to be played after the main story of the base game, simply because it gives the game and main characters a satisfying conclusion, a closure which does not leave you wanting more as there is simply nothing more left to tell.![]()

Kaer Morhen definitely feels like it drags on for a long time even though the zone isn't that big, but it gets better past that and I was pretty satisfied with the ending. In a lot of ways better than the main game story. Main story was largely unexplained, then chasing people around, then a poorly done exposition dump at the end.
It's from Ciri's Story: Breakneck Speed quest.I don't recall the scene @1:43 with Ciri and Dandelion in the game, though it's been 10 years. Anyone remember the context? (Can put in spoiler)
