chimera999, make sure you have the AA options INSIDE CS:Source set to OFF or you will get NO AA no matter what you have forced in your driver profile. You still have no anti-aliasing at all in that screenshot.
 
DDigital, thanks for posting all of these as you are replaying the games. I am enjoying it thoroughly.

Got bored today, so I did what I do when I get bored. Played some Counterstrike :)

Nothing special. I was running a 5750 and 5770 in crossfire (with a Q6600 @ 3.2 & 4gb of ram) when I took the ME2 screen shots. The 5770 was giving me some stuttering issues, so it's out for RMA. Even with just a mildly overclocked 5750, I'm still able to run ME2 maxed with good frame rates. I can't go full on 8x forced aa, but I can pull off 4x and still keep the fps playable.

But yeah. It's not really a demanding game. One thing I've noticed though, is if I don't force Mipmaps, the textures in ME2 (and Deadspace for that matter) revert to extremely low res. Maybe that would help (if you haven't done it already).

1680x1050, not maxed out, just what is most playable on my GTX460, which is close to maxed out.
 
Dirt 2, pretty high settings.. AMD Phenom II X4 940, 2 4870's. 1920x1080

Game is definitely a trip!...crazy as hell. I'm on my second time through, will probably do a few more as well. :)
 
Well, looks like it's time to revive this thing again. Here's some Deadspace for ya.

1920x1200, Max settings. I don't remember if I forced AA or not (it was a while ago), but judging by the images, I'm guessing no.

Those of you who have played this game might notice that these are all from the same general area in the game. The reason for that is that I didn't make it very far lol. This game gives me a nasty headache and what I can only guess is motion sickness, so I can only stand about 15 minutes of it before I have to shut it down. It's weird, I've never had a game do that to me before. Not sure what it is. Maybe the tight 3rd person camera. Maybe the extreme overuse of the color brown. I don't know.

A friend of mine mentioned he gets headaches playing this game as well. I haven't personally played it myself though. I found F1 2010 gives me headaches in cockpit view because of the violent buffeting of the camera, but luckily modifying the cameras.xml files fixes my headache in that game.
 
AA is broken and doesnt work on DeadSpace, forcing thru Control Panel doesnt work either

I've heard of games with wild camera movements giving people motion sickness/headaches, but Deadspace doesn't really fit that. It's weird, but I have heard of a few people who are like me. At least I'm not alone. Maybe I'll try screwing with the FOV in the ini or something (if it's even possible, I haven't bothered to look yet lol).

Ah, well that would explain it then. I took those caps over a month ago (and haven't touched the game since) so I couldn't remember if I tried forcing AA or not.

As for image hosting, I use Imageshack.us. Seems to be the only free host that doesn't re-size or compress high res images.
 
DCUO - All in game settings on max (that I can see), however one of the texture options only had a medium setting for its maximum. My naming skills are underwhelming. :p

It's because of the crappy FOV, and AFAIK you can't modify it. I get a little queasy sometimes too after playing for a while.
