Hi, My phone manufacturer told me I need to reset my phone because I have issues in not being able to make and receive Volte phone calls. So, I install this app SMS Backup&Restore to save and restore my text messages before my phone is reset. However, while checking to see if all my texts was saved, I noticed one text was not saved. What happen? And also, what does a phone reset do ?
Thanks
