Nah, that's not how we handled the pee-challenged over here that suffer from urineffluenza ...

Escalators are constantly breaking because of this. Homeless sit at the exhaust vents in cold weather (because of the warm air from the machinery), and it's a convenient place to take a dump down the grates.

More public restrooms; don't know why they aren't left open longer, probably because it requires more maintenance and staff/oversight.

They will explain that they thought they grabbed the tazer, until it went bang instead of zap "oops, wrong holster".
