TAT broken in Vista x64?

Anybody else having trouble with Intel TAT in Vista 64? I tried running as administrator and in Windows XP compatability mode, but still a no go. The window flashes onscreen for a moment and then disappears. WTF.

you have to disable driver signing I think during boot up

press F8 like you're going into safe mode and it should be the bottom option. problem is you have to do this everytime...so i'd only recommend doing it when you're doing your benchmarking or testing.
