Give us some help here. What OS are you running, and do you have admin privileges. Have you scanned for spyware and/or viruses?

First, use the programs in my signature to check for spyware/adware. Make sure to update them before running the scans.

Are you on a public computer, or is this yours? You could go into GPedit (if you are logged in with admin rights), and give it back if it was disabled.

Start -> Run -> gpedit.msc

User Config -> Administrative Templates -> System -> Ctrl+Alt+Del options

On the right side you'll see some options. They should all be set to "Not Configured" or "Enabled".

Don't mess around in there too much :) it has all the security for your PC in there ;).

im running xp and its my comuter i tried gpedit.msc and windows could not find it i have ran adware and spyware and detected none my computers runing as slow as a week in the jail any more sugestions?

What version of XP (Home, Professional)? What Service Pack? What antivirus are you using?

home edition what do you mean by service pack bt? norman antivirus

That question just scares me.....

A service pack is a Package of updates/fixes that microsoft issues periodically.. They issue updates once a month - unless something extraordinary happens and then they'll release a fix immediately....A service pack rolls all these updates into 1 nice package... currently they are up to service pack 2...If you've never run windows update then you seriously need to ASAP..

Click this link and download and install EVERYTHING under critical updates.
