System Stability, etc tools?

Where can I get a program that would test the stability of my system if I OC'd? For memory? for anything else? thank you
 
when people find "artifacts" how do they find out? just play a game?

also for CPU stability, how do you find out if your CPU is "stable" or not after OCing?
 
If your CPU is very unstable, your system will crash (BSOD, or a hardlock, etc). If it's borderline, you may get decent uptime, but you'll find just programs crashing and stuff (though your whole system will eventually crash).
 
my system is completely stable running F@H and any game I throw at it, but when it comes to prime, it errors out (doesn't freeze though)
