Swiftech new internal solution?

It's saying that it has a quiet pump, and they included a 12v to 7v adapter for the fan.

Read further on into the specs and features and they state flat out that the 12V to 7V adapter is for the FAN to allow 25db operation (7V) or 35db operation (12V). They just failed to put a comma between the words quiet pump and 7V adapter which is confusing until you read everything else.
