Here is the parts that I have considering :

intel i5 2500K socket 1155 3.3GHz 6MB Cache
Asus P8Z68-V PRO , Z68, DDR3 1600Mhz Socket 1155
Kingston HyperX 8GB DDR3 1600MHz CL9 RAM (2x4GB)
Zotac GTX550Ti or GT430 (since I won't be playing games)
WD Caviar Blue 500GB
Case : CoolerMaster HAF 912 Plus with CM GX 750w 80+ PSU

I'll add SSD and third 23" or 24" monitor in couple of months.
Should I change any of them or add something else ?

You can save some money by getting the vanilla P8Z68-V instead of the PRO, unless you really need the 2 extra SATA 6GB ports the PRO provides. Likewise, if you aren't overclocking you can just get the i5-2400, instead of the overclocking friendly i5-2500K (although the 2500K is a good choice if you think you may decide to start overclocking).

What's the voltage for that Kingston RAM?

Avoid Zotac as much as possible due to their low quality. Try to get an Asus, eVGA, Gigabyte, or MSI card.

Do not get that Coolermaster GX 750W PSU as it is of really low quality. Try to get the Antec Neo Eco or High Current Gamer 520 PSUs or XFX PSUs.

Voltage of the ram : 1.65v
And I changed :
Asus P8Z68-V LE
Asus GT440 GDDR5 1GB 128bit

But I couldn't find any antec, high current or xfx PSU's in here. They only got brands like coolermaster, thermaltake, corsair, xilence.

Find another set of RAM that's rated at 1.5v or lower. You may encounter issues with RAM rated higher than 1.5v with Sandy Bridge.

Which corsair PSUs?

Corsair PSU's : GS600W , GS700W , TX650W , GS800

And I guess gskill 8GB(2x4GB) ripjawsx 1600mhz cl9 (1.5v) is a better replacement for the ram

The G,Skill RAM s indeed a better replacement.

As for the PSUs, technically the GS600 Should be enough for your planned setup. Though I'd spring the extra cash for the higher quality TX650 if you can.

The TX650 is the best choice of that bunch, especially if it is the V2.

Edit: Do I really need to start refreshing the page before I post? I keep getting beaten to the punch.

:D.

I usually hit "Preview Post" as that both updates the thread and shows how your post will look like.
