1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
FFXI and FFXIV maybe some single player battlefield and modern warfare.

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
$500 No can add shipping in.

Need the whole desktop minus a monitor. Mobo,ram,cpu,heat sink if in budget,video card,hd,dvd drive,chasis and power supply.

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.

I second this build and you don't need an aftermarket cpu cooler, since that setup wont really overclock to the point of needing additional cooling that the stock cooler can't handle.

The PSU just went on sale today at the Egg for $40 plus a $20 MIR, so if you factor that in, you are right on budget. :)

EDIT: I see Amazon has the same $40 price, no MIR though from what I can tell.
