Hello everyone, my friend and I are planning to embed a computer into his car. The car will probably experience quite a few shocks and bumps, though the computer will most likely be off for most of the driving. What I'm wondering about is how to go about storage. We won't need much, 32 gb will be plenty and 16 gb will most likely be enough as well.
What would be the best and most cost effective way to go about this: get a small laptop hard drive or get a flash hard drive? I see flash hdds as pretty expensive right now, but this is nothing urgent, so perhaps we'll see a drop in price in the coming months? If I were to go with a notebook hard drive, what would be the best way to insulate it from shocks?
Thanks everyone
