and google toolbar one
 
SunJavaUpdateSched - update scheduler for Java is one I normally delete.
GoogleToolbarNotifier - checks that google is your default search engine. delete/disable
-- but, it will come back by just going into msconfig

RtHDVCpl - Realtek Audio control panel. I've always used Windows audio control and deleted this entry.
