Anyone have any idea why -forceasm doesn't work on an AXP 1700+?

Gromacs 1.68, FAH 5.02... getting REALLY frustrated.

Any help highly appreciated.

I am using firedaemon to start FAH with the command line options. If you configure them through Windows services manager, the command-line options won't take effect.
 
although there is a registry entry you can change for the service that allows the use of the flags... it's been asked once or twice... I'll post the link when I find it....

Okay okay okay.... you're gonna have to buy the State of West Virginia (Division of Highways) a key Dell keyboard for that one!!

Give the console app a try... I use EMII to monitor my boxen... I also use kdfold (which, as far as I know, lacks a host now.... I can email it to you if you'd like to give it a try...)
