I don't think there would be any perceptible performance difference with 1 SSD vs. 2 separate SSDs. The advantage with 2 separate SSDs is you can potentially prolong the usable time for each drive (before a re-wipe) by not having 1 single drive mostly filled all the time, which could take a hit on SSD performance and lifetime because of how disk use and garbage allocation generally work (though firmware continues to get better and better for these things).
That's not really a concern with modern SSDs, by the time you've written enough data to notice a decrease in performance (many years) your SSD will be ancient and newer, faster and cheaper models will be on the market.
OP, your OCZ Agility 3 isn't exactly a great drive so if I were you I'd look out for some deals on a 256GB Crucial m4 or Samsung 830 and putting everything on there.
