Looked on amazon today.

To be fair, all I got is this link: https://www.techpowerup.com/236003/samsung-readies-970-and-980-series-nvme-ssds (and similar rumors) and then the fact that the 950 and 960 both were announced late september of 2015 and 2016 respectively. So I expect an announcement soon, with low availability in the rest of 2017 and ramping up in 2018. Personally I hope for better 4k read and write performance, as it seems intel's ssds outshine them in that area.
