i have a nice little problem and i need some advice.

I've been running 2x of the Intel x25-E 64gb SSD SLC in raid 0 for a while ever since my core2quad days and i've always kept them every time i upgrade to i7 920 set up and now to sandy bridge Xeon. However, my new motherboard is sata 3 capable and i've been torn of whether to keep using the X25-Es or use my new Vertex 3.
Not only that, i've been fortunate to get 2 of the Toshiba 512gb SSD recently as well so now i've been stuck of what to do

So out of the 3 choices what should i do.
still run the 2 64gb Intel SLC drive- limited space kind of bother me
run the 240gb OCZ vertex 3- new technology sata 3 and all that nice specs
or run 2x of the 512gb ssd- That is a lot of storage SSD space

What should i do?

For day to day OS duties you won't notice much of an improvement going to the Vertex 3, but will get all of its reliability issues. Run it as a secondary drive for apps and games.
