You apparently don't know how the "multiplayer" part of this game will work if you think anyone would even be able to stalk someone else.

If you click and drag the solar system on the main screen and get it spinning fast enough, Will Wright's noggin will appear!

And no I did not superimpose the image, I don't even know how to.
 
To get the image, you have to click around the middle and hold. Then just move your mouse in a circular motion. Should spin up fast enough
 
How do you make things fatter in the creator? I can only get the spinal cord to be longer but I cant figure out how to make the main body thicker like bowsers.

I don't think he was using the free version.
 
Do make things fatter, move your cursor over a vertebrae and use the mouse wheel to make that portion smaller or fatter.
