Yesturday was a good roo spanking day :)

My Roo=1266 points
Me=2435 points

Yep...that is a good roo spanking and i see this trend continueing :)

 
I had a good day yesterday:

Me: 1654
Roo: 1130
Gain: +524 for me!

And I'm ahead so far today. Hopefully those WUs keep flowing.
 
I may be 1k points behind, but I'm keeping pace with that. I've been that far behind for a while and I'm not falling further back. Maybe I'll be able to catch up over this week.

Pull me from this. Obviously this was not a good matchup since his PPD's are flooring mine.

I don't know what the problem is with people here, but all this linking to other teams stats only makes us look like complete dumbasses since it seems we are too stupid to use our own team stats site. I don't understand the extra work being done doing "spreadsheets" all the time since we have a perfectly good webmaster on our own site that doesn't mind putting in the extra effort to support our contests by having it all done automatically on our own hardfolding.com

It's getting tired and old fast. Quit being drama queens plz.

TeamXFAU is a sub team, not the best idea to use sub teams in this as they go up/down. I think they are obviously in an up mode.

I must agree with Peng on the stats deal. Lots of side bar stuff on this, but yea using 3+ different stats sources is kidna silly.
 
Actually two of the stats pull from the exact same place. :D The spreadsheet was just born out of a need for us to keep track of who was doing what at the time. It's only still rollin because some people (roftranspo knows who he is ;)) have this unhealthy obsession with stats sources.

Not to mention that my spreadsheet pulls stats directly from HF.com...

In retrospect, this was not a good idea. But this is the first running of this contest...we will learn from our mistakes.

Well, depending on the length of this contest, I am most likely boned. I tried to get my shuttle XPC back up, but it has serious stability issues and will most likely need a rebuild. Other than that? I'm pretty much done :(

For your information...i have been using the stat page setup by king since it updates with hf.com...i just didnt tell moosey so he would still work on it :p

too bad we didnt start this contest at the beginning of april cuz then i would be smoking my roo by 4000 instead of losing by 700+ :rolleyes:

Okay, I know I'm losing to my Roo. But hopefully this weekend I will start to make a comeback. I lost a borg but then I got another to take its place, and i added another so I should start to catch up.

My roo just finished just finished two days of massive dumps. Hopefully, I can play the tortoise to his hare and get back to the lead. Too bad it isn't August as I'd have a new dual proc dual core db server to burn in at work. My goal is atleast 2k PPD by the end of this race.
 
just added 5 new computers to my borg list....hopefully this will be enough to surpass Fats.
 
Borgs...Doesn't anyone do farms anymore? I have 3 borgs. One of them is a computer I gave to my mom. I plugged in another 25ghz into my farm today. AC is supposed to be getting installed into my server closet tomorrow, so with any luck I can turn the rest of the farm back on soon.

I had a farm...but then i bought a house....that is a problem since mortgage = no money for electric bill AND new house only has a 100 amp main breaker :rolleyes: but borgs are SOOO easy :)
 
Yeah, borgs = free, farm = $$$. For those of us fortunate to have something to borg of course.
 
I'm curious about how the Spank-a-Roo Runoff has affected our folding efforts and those of our opponents from Down Under.

Did we (and the Roos) "sit back" and watch the stats unfold, or did we add some folding power? I added just one Semperon@2060 to the garden as a direct result of the gauntlet.​

Are the Roos aware of the Runoff? I've looked on OCAU and can't find anything (or don't know where to look).​

I added a 900mhz Athlon borg, and I also added my 1.8ghz AMD Turion powered HTPC to the fray. I've been getting shafted the past couple days by these mutant WU's, lost over 100ppd on the box below.

Thanks for the link. It looks like my Roo is fully aware of the gauntlet, and that he is being spanked...so far! Today's stats are close. :eek:

Yes they are, we are only leading by 3,424 points as of this post. We need to turn it up a bit. My personal gap between my roo grows larger though ;)
