I just bought a 2700X for a secondary rig and got a game code for either Borderlands 3 or Outer Worlds. This is via www.amdrewards.com.

I don't know if it's tied to my specific CPU, or if anyone can activate it as long as they already have a 2700X or 3xxx series CPU installed.

Thanks dennisjai found a copy courtesy of ButchCassidy and have already logged 20+ hours. Consider this a free bump for OP and a really fantastic game, it's a wonderful mashup of Fallout and Bioshock with some Prey frosting. $20 is well worth it for some lucky [H]er.

I can also confirm it's not tied to a specific CPU, just any of the qualifying models, as my 2700 came with The Division 2/WWZ and was still able to register a purchased key with AMD PVT.
