Software SSD Caching

Are there any good solutions for desktops?

After intel introduced this feature in their chipsets and Asus is now integrating it on motherboards, I figure it should be fairly simple to do this in software.

Are there any good desktop software packages for SSD caching?

Didn't OCZ or someone release something a while back? Can't remember the name off the top of my head, but it was supposed to be their answer to SRT (but it may have been tied to OCZ drives).

Edit: It was the OCZ Synapse drives I was thinking of. Looks like they use Nvelo's Dataplex software caching solution - so maybe that would work (I can't get to their website at work):

I'll have to look into that. Thank you for the lead. Googling didn't turn up much for me.
