You should be able to pop in a pci video card and then reflash back to a good bios. If you don't have a pci card you would need to remember the exact keystrokes to flash the card blind.

If you could go into more explanation or possibly point me in the direction of a place besides google that could help me. My internet isn't running that fast right now. *EDIT* I don't have a PCI card and I find no reason in buying one.
