Socket 939 AGP motherboard

I am wondering which is the best overclocking socket 939 motherboard for AGP. This because I am finally ditching my tried and true Socket A Athlon XP 2500+ (OC 2.3 GHz) for an Opteron 170. My money situation does not allow right now for me to upgrade video cards to PCIe so I shall save that for another day. I have considered the ASRock motherboard with both PCIe and AGP, but am wondering which Socket 939 AGP motherboard is the better overclocker, because when I get a PCIe video card, I will want a very fine overclocker's PCIe motherboard. The only areas of Socket 939 I am fuzzy on hardware wise is the AGP market, and want to be able to overclock before I move to PCIe.

The ASRock board has a pretty simple VCore mod that will allow you more OCing headroom. With a 10x multiplier on the 170, you should be fine with the HTT that board allows.

You just have to check video card compatibility.
