so i fried my psu

I just returned home to see that my 805 oc'ed to ~3.3GHz had fried my Rosewill RV450 psu. I am also running 2 7200rpm hdd's, x850gt, dvd-rw, sb audigy, 1.5gb ram, and usr wifi card. What would be the best psu for under $50 (preferably as low as possible) to replace the dead unit?

I honestly don't think you should skimp out on a psu.
Would be best to invest a bit more and get something better.
