what're you trying to do? display your snes on a monitor? you'd need a tuner with a vga output, or some form of video input

i dont really get what you mean by a snes to pc adapter. do you mean an emulator or something? or do u mean a cable to connect your snes to your pc?

please clarify.

I think he's talking about the SNES controller. Here's a quick Google possibility:

I searched under the terms "SNES controller" "parallel port". I'm sure you'll find more options if you need it.

Sorry, yeah, I meant the controller. Thanks.

Following that link suggests that the easiest way to go about it would be to pick up a wrecked, or at least cheap, SNES, and pull one of the joypad connectors off of it so I don't have to hardwire a controller. From there though, I'm a bit unsure of what to do...can you get a parallel port extension cable? I'd imagine that would be the easiest way to go(that way I'd have the pinout, rather than cutting up a parallel cable, and not knowing which wire corresponded with which pin).

Oh sure, just use a printer cable. Just make sure that it has DB25 connectors on each end; some have a Centronics connector on one end. The rest is easy. Use use a soldering iron and some heatshrink for a quick solution.

yeah one of my friends used to make these. I have one somewhere. You can also use the ports off an snes multitap.
