Smart phone addiction app?

I need a app that tells me to shut off my phone from excessive use due to addiction.

It's built into Android 10 with digital wellbeing. It won't shut off the phone though because that could be a liability in an emergency.

Just installed an app called Your Hour it has nag screen and a timer on top of every app open.

There isn't an app which can replace self control. What you must do is learn self control.

It's working for me so far =)
Except I'm on the PC now but plan on turning it off soon the small screen is
my friend until I end up blasting my eyes on it for hours on end.
The PC is more friendly for text and anything else.
